ABOUT US
The Dare2Be Project is a community action agency, focused on interrupting the cycle of poverty by leveraging high-quality youth development programs in combination with a wide range of supportive services. These services are designed to improve the social-emotional well-being and economic status of the adults that influence and take care of our community's most precious resource, youth.
OUR MISSION
The Dare2Be Project believes in the resiliency of youth and their families and defends their potential by leveraging community based projects that simultaneously cultivate their voice and social capacities. It is through this defense that we endeavor to undo interpersonal, institutional and systematic inequities as well as establish the resources necessary to ensure that youth Dare2Be their best selves.
